This image is from a postcard we found in Mitzi's Sister's yesterday. Decent food, honest bands, a patio and a window on Queen to make us wish this is how Parkdale could stay forever: not gentrified but not the end-of-the-world either, artsy but not too upscale. Sitting way down the last still-kinda-scuzzy stretch of Queen W we have warm feelings for Mitzi's Sister. Her fifth anniversary party is coming up soon. Also, it's comforting to see others share our hubba-hubba taste in imagery. Look at that do. Star-spangled babeness!!!!Happy Family Day - even if you hate the psychotic lot of them.
